Skill Building
How to use this page: Resources are divided across four categories that (1) emerge often in my work and (2) can be (at least partially) developed on your own. Multiple approaches are provided for developing each skill. All resources are practice-based. This list is not prescriptive and is intended as a supplement to therapeutic support. Resources are updated regularly.
